  • newly created project
  • use a woodblock stamp as the focal point

I’m resharing a project from earlier:

Honestly my largest woodblock stash is from Impress. ‘Back in the day’…I loved roaming their shops. They had the best card samples! Ann and her staff are awesome. This project features:

  • Impress – Big Bold Bloom Combo
  • A Muse Studio – Irish Proverb [retired]

My design was inspired by THIS Marimekko print.

I’m a long time fan of pink and red:

  • Concord & 9th – Ballet Slipper cardstock
  • Concord & 9th – Poppy ink

I can’t wait to see how you’re inspired!

  1. That’s a pretty awesome stamp you have used, very inspiring way to use a solid image on a woodblock, I’ll have to remember that! Thanks once again for the fun challenge and can you believe I am having so much fun with this challenge that I already have mine done and scheduled for April, yep, I love to work ahead lol!

Oh boy, I wish I had posts scheduled way in advance. I tend to be a last minute lucy on things.

  3. Amy, your card made me think of a stamp I have had for many years and never used before, a great big solid flower. I knew right where it was (that’s amazing!) so I was inspired to ink it up!
