When I happily finished this card I realized I totally forgot about the sketch challenge but managed the Color Throwdown:

I received the Carta Bella – Roll with It | 6×6 as a GWP at scrapbook.com. The button is a throwback from My Clever Creations | Annette Allen.
The ice cream portion is Distress Oxide – Scattered Straw blended on a watercolor panel. I used Distress Oxide – Barn Door to stamp the swirl. The strawberry was stamped in black on watercolor paper and colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers.
The combo of the ice cream, colors and gingham just screams summer fun. A great birthday greeting design.
