Here’s how I was inspired:

I mixed a bit of the two shaker bits together. I then took an upcycled stamp package and trimmed it town to fit. I poured some of the shaker bits into the pouch:
With the help of scor-tape I secured all the sides and taped it down to my orange panel and layered the stenciled panel on top. I used a combo of both foam tape and more scor-tape to adhere the top panel.
I decided to just go with the eyes on the Ghost Holder and used a bit of Spun Sugar Distress Oxide for the cheeks. The Boo sign is a combo of the sign stick from the Valentine Mug Additions set. The pumpkin is from the Spooky Mug Additions. I rotated the candy tote and made it into a mug. Keeping things real, I initially did think it was a mug.
