I wanted to design a belated birthday card for my hubby’s friend. This is when I tell you that masculine designs are my biggest challenge. Luckily he is a hobby pilot just like my hubby so I have a bit of airplane themed products.
My project features the following items that are available at Doodlebugswa:
- Concord & 9th – Plane Amazing | stamp
- Concord & 9th – Plane Amazing | die
- Lawn Fawn – Oh Gnome | stamp

I used LOADS of layers on this card. Luckily it doesn’t have to go postal.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Very clever card! I agree that masculine cards are a challenge. It’s hard not to bling them up!
Definitely delighted with your card, because it is one of my favorite color palettes.
I love that it is a new design, different from what we usually create. It’s great what it feels like, leaving our comfort zone.
A very clever card Amy, and a beautifully designed and executed masculine make
Blessings
Maxine
