Hello and welcome to the sixth edition of Woodblock Wednesday. I’m featuring:
Impress – Bunch of Umbrellas [5631F]
Impress – Graphic Raindrops [5258F]
Impress – Greetings from the Northwest [5254D]
Here’s how I was inspired:
I stamped the raindrops in Catherine Pooler – Mint to Be. The sentiment has been heat embossed in white on black cardstock.
I did stamp the umbrellas on top of the raindrops. I then stamped them on a panel of Neenah Solar White with Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink and colored them in a softer rainbow palette.
I then fussy cut the umbrellas from the Neenah panel. I used the Lawn Fawn Glue Tube to adhere them to my main card panel that has been trimmed down 1/8 inch and mounted on an A2 black panel.
These are the copic colors I used:
R21 | R22
YR00 | YR61
Y00 | Y11
G00 | G12
BG10 | BG34
V01 | V12
I’m so thrilled to have Kimberly Wiener playing along with me:
