Hello and Happy Monday! I’m so thrilled to be a Guest Designer for Newton’s Nook Designs. I’m up on their blog sharing a card set featuring the new Cup of Cocoa stamp set + coordinating dies!
I was actually crazy crafting and managed to whip up 4 cards just for today, here’s a sneak peek at 2 of them:
Have you seen the Holiday Foliage Stencil? Oh my, it’s a beauty! I inked it up with Distress Oxide Walnut Stain on top of texty pattern paper. I backed it with a dark brown wood grain paper. To not cover up the gorgeous pattern, I used a vellum envelope to slip in a gift card.
I topped that off with images and sentiments from the Cup Of Cocoa set.
I’d love it if you’d hop over to the Newton’s Nook Designs blog to check out my other projects!

So, so adorable! Love the woodsy feel to these designs! And the vellum gift card holder overlay was a brilliant touch!
These are fabulous…I love the vellum which still lets the stencil design shine. 🙂
They look awesome. I’ll check them over there.
These are so awesome! I just adore how you used the stencil over a patterned paper! I have to try this idea! Plus, who doesn't love a coffee gift card!! Thank you for being our special guest this week!
