Big Birthday Wishes to Kimberly!!!! She is the super star of our crafty group, she’s our Make ‘n Take Queen! This girl is chock full of talent and has a gigantic heart of gold. She loves color and is a great colorista. I love color and love to watercolor. My card took a completely different path than I originally planned but when I was surfing for some inspiration, THIS card of Jocelyn’s inspired me.
I really am a clean + simple girl at heart. I combined the following Hero Arts stamps:
Can you see the pale pink watercolor wash in the background? I picked up a pad of the Studio Calico Classic at a garage sale a couple weekends ago, that’s where the text panel is from. My watercolor paper is by Strathmore. Something that I NEVER do is incorporate my handwriting but I wanted to personalize her card.
