carbs, schmarbs!

In motivation for us to use our growing Stampin’ Up supplies, Kimberly, Tonya & I have been throwing out weekly challenges.

In this card, I used:

Life’s Adventure

&

Yippee-Skippee
{seriously, you just gotta own this set for the name}

 I heat embossed everything in gold and used my M’s watercolors.
I finished my card off with Coral Divine Twine.

The base is a Fabriano card…love them!

What do you think of when you hear the word Luxury?

carbs:  There was a time when I could eat tons of carbs, not so much anymore.  They make me sleepy and well, aren’t good for my waistline.

Fabriano:  These Italian card bases are ultra-luxurious.  Their paper mills date back to 1264!

  2. OMG, I absolutely love this sentiment lol! The gold heat embossing gives the card such a finished look and I just love the card base you used. This card looks like it belongs in a boutique!

I love this card for 3 reasons 1) I totally agree with 'carbs schmarbs' 2) I thought I was the only one in the world that said 'yippee skippee' and 3) I LOVE that you stamped and heat embossed this, the water colours look so pretty against the gold. 3 reasons for awesomeness!!
